NOTE: CD-ROM proceedings of this year's Annual Conference will not be available on-site. They will be mailed immediately after the conference to anyone who pre-ordered them (using the registration form) or ordered them on-site. You can order your copy in the Resource Center at the special conference price of $75 (full, value, or student registrants) or $110 (all others), or order anytime after the conference using the Online Library. Please note that the price of the CD will increase after the conference.
