Silent
Auction
On
the QT
Tuesday, June 24 -Wednesday, June 25
A&WMA’s Annual Silent Auction moves
from the Grand Reception to the Exhibition Hall this year to give
conference attendees more time to consider bids on their favorite
items. Goodies up for grabs will include regional items from chapters
and sections, green donations from ecologically conscious companies,
and likely a few surprises. Also
new this year, for the item you just have to have, a “buy
it now” bidding option will be available.
Silent Auction bidding hours:
Tuesday, June 24,
10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 25,
8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.(includes the Exhibition Hall Networking
Session at 4:30 p.m.).
All proceeds from the auction go directly to the A&WMA Scholarship
Endowment Trust Fund, which has awarded 96 scholarships totaling
$334,750, since 1983. The Silent Auction can always use more donations.
Gift certificates, art, collectibles, sports and entertainment
memorabilia, and local and regional items make great auction items.
