

Mark your calendars now and plan to join us in Calgary for the Air & Waste Management Association’s 103rd Annual Conference & Exhibition (ACE)!
ACE 2010 will feature a technical program boasting over 500 presentations and new for 2010, the Mega Poster Session where over 100 posters will be displayed, hundreds of exhibitors displaying the latest in environmental technology and innovation, fun social and networking events, and professional development courses taught by industry leading instructors.
Building on the conference theme of “Energy and the Environment,” the technical program will explore a range of related issues, including the future of fossil fuels, alternative energy solutions, and greenhouse gas emissions management, innovation, and technology.

Abstract Deadline: February 5, 2010
Students, there’s still time to submit your abstracts and take part in the ACE 2010 Student Poster Competition! To be eligible for this competition, an individual must be an undergraduate, masters, or doctoral student currently enrolled in an academic institution; be the primary author of the extended abstract associated with the poster; and present the extended abstract as a poster in the student poster competition at ACE. Abstracts can address any topic related to air and waste issues.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded in the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral level categories. Visit the competition Web page for more information or to submit an abstract.
