Course Registration
Space is limited for each course, so please register early.
Please be sure that you can complete the course in the time allotted. Your course will not be extended. If you do not finish the course, you may enroll in an upcoming offering of the same course, but you will be required to re-register and pay the registration fee.
To register for an online course:
- You must have a valid e-mail address.
- Please review individual course system requirements before you register.
- Use one form per person (photocopy if necessary). Or, register online for credit card payments only.
- Full payment must accompany the registration form. Registrations will not be processed without payment or company purchase order.
- A&WMA cannot accept photocopies of checks as payment.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars, and all payments must be in U.S. funds.
- Make checks payable to A&WMA.
- Purchase orders must accompany the registration form and include a valid purchase order number and authorized signatures. Purchase order payments are due 30 days after the completion of the course.
- Three ways to register:
- Online registration for credit card payments only.
- Fax the completed registration form with credit card information (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) or purchase order to +1-412-232-3450.
- Mail the completed registration form with your check, purchase order, or credit card information to:

Member Rate
- To qualify for the member rate, you must be an “international” member of the Air & Waste Management Association.
- If you are a Section/Chapter-only member, you do not qualify for the member rate.
- Anyone who pays a nonmember registration fee AND checks the box under the Special Offer for Nonmembers on the registration form will receive a one-year membership to the Air & Waste Management Association at no additional charge.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be in writing and received at least five (5) business days prior to the course start date.
- Refunds will be issued less a $75 cancellation fee, regardless of the method of payment.
- There may be a minimum number of registrants required to hold this course. If this minimum is not met, you will be promptly notified; this will occur no later than two (2) business days prior to the course start date. You will be refunded in full.
After You Register
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the A&WMA Meetings Registrar verifying registration. You can also confirm your registration online.
- You will receive an e-mail from automail@rd.net containing your username and password (to access the A&WMA E-Learning Center) 1-2 business days before the course start date.
