On March 11, the EPA released its proposed rule for monitoring and reporting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.  The rule is expected to affect over 13,000 facilities covering 85% of U.S. GHG emissions.  Facilities would be required to start recording emissions in 2010 to be reported starting in 2011.  In this Webinar, Joel Bluestein of ICF International will provide an overview of the proposed requirements, including information about what facilities will be affected, what gases will be included, and what measurement protocols will be required or available.  Join us for this timely and informative webinar!
