Each 10' x 10' Booth Includes:
Exhibitor name and description in the conference program; logo and description on the ACE 2022 website
6’ draped table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket
Standard hotel grade carpet (booth carpet upgrade availabile for an additional charge
2 complimentary full conference registrations, plus 2 exhibit hall-only staff passes
10' x 20' booths are also available.

We are pleased to welcome back Fern Exposition Services' Exhibitor Services team to ACE 2022! The Fern Team will be providing the following Event Services:

Event information
Display rentals
Booth furnishings
Shipping and material handling
Electrical & Utilities ordering
Booth pipe & drape set-up and tear-down.

All this will be managed using The Fern OneView exhibition management portal (OneView). Shortly after reserving your exhibit space, you will receive log-in credentials enabling you to view your dashboard, print shipping labels, and facilitate the many aspects of preparing, staging, and presenting your exhibition to your audience. Upon receipt, you will be prompted to create a user name/password combination. From there, the Dashboard will give you access to the information you’ll need for logistics, forms, etc. Links have been sent to each exhibitor's primary contact person. Click here to request that we resend your log-in credentials or to verify your firm's primary contact person for access purposes.

Access to OneView is restricted to one (1) email address/password combination, although others involved in the show may access OneView using the designated person’s log-in credentials.

Advance Warehouse Deadline
The absolute last day for receipt of shipments to Fern's Advance Warehouse is the 23rd of June. Fern doesn’t have late fees, so you will not incur additional handling charges. Please plan accordingly.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibitor Registration
Your exhibit space comes with two (2) complimentary full-conference registrations, and two (2) exhibit hall-only passes. When your complimentary registrants are firmed up, please email their contact information to jschurman@awma.org, including job title, email address, and any other contact information you’d like to be included in the final attendee list. Each complimentary registrant will receive an automated email confirmation when their information is entered into the registration system.

Exhibit Hall-Only Passes are available for $250 each. To order please contact jschurman@awma.org.

Fee Paid Registrations must be placed via the conference online Registration Portal. There you will find the pricing and advance rate information.
