Everything you need for an excellent on-site experience is included in the Exhibitor Kit below, including shipping and material handling deadlines, details, label, and instructions, electrical, utility, furniture, A/V and signage ordering, and building regulations.
Important dates:
Additional advertising commitment deadline: May 1
Advertising artwork deadline: May 22
Advance shipments may be received May 28 – June 18
*Freight received at advance warehouse prior to, or after, dates noted will be subject to additional handling fees.
Direct to show shipments can only be received June 19 – 24 only
*Direct to site shipments to arrive during scheduled exhibitor move-in times or 3 business days prior to move-in date. Freight received at venue in advance of exhibitor move-in risk having their freight either refused by venue or re-directed to Global Advanced Warehouse, with expenses and fees billed back to exhibitor.

Customs forms and information:
ConsultExpo Inc. is pleased to be appointed as the Official Customs Broker and Recommended Transportation provider for ACE 2024 and our show has been granted Border to Show service by the Canada Border Services Agency.

Customs Clearance and/or Transportation Services
If you are from outside Canada and would like to receive a quotation for customs and/or transportation services, please complete the ConsultExpo Customs Forms package. They will require their Order Form and Canada Customs Invoice completed and returned to them prior to shipping to Calgary. ConsultExpo will review your forms and provide a quote for the services requested. If the quote is accepted, they will proceed with the service. Please return forms to Stefanie Lane at the above email address.
Domestic Transportation Services
If you would like to receive a quotation for domestic transportation services (within Canada that does not require customs clearance), please complete and return the attached Domestic Transportation Order Form. If the quote is accepted, they will schedule the pickup of your shipment and provide labels. Please return forms to Stefanie Lane at the above email address.
Courier Shipments
If shipping via a courier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL you will still require customs clearance services therefore please complete the ConsultExpo PDF Order Form and Canada Customs Invoice and return to ConsultExpo along with your tracking number.
Important Notes:
1. A&WMA DOES NOT engage with third-party hotel reservation booking agencies. If you receive communication from a company purporting to be affiliated with or authorized by A&WMA to book your hotel reservation, understand that A&WMA assumes no liability for losses resulting from an individual or organization engaging with third-party reservation agents.
2. A&WMA DOES NOT sell membership or attendee lists to third-party entities at any time. Unauthorized solicitations of A&WMA exhibitors and sponsors are strictly prohibited. If you receive unsolicited communication from people offering to sell you an A&WMA list, you are encouraged to contact A&WMA directly and we will review options to dissuade such misrepresentations. All exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre- and post-attendee list from the Business Development Manager.
