Envision Sustainability Performance Framework: Identify, Implement and Improve

Friday, October 25, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Hilton Newark Penn Station

Envision is an objective framework of criteria designed to help identify ways in which sustainable approaches can be used to plan, design, construct and operate infrastructure projects. This course will provide attendees with the knowledge to understand if, when and how to successfully implement Envision within a project to meet sustainability requirements and improve performance.  The course will start with an introduction to Envision Version 3, including developing a business case.  Using interactive activities and case studies, the course will review strategies and lessons learned for obtaining the desired award level (Verified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) for projects at any stages or delivery approach.  We will review ways Envision can be used to drive improved sustainability performance within a project and the organization.
