Ms. Brignac is a Senior Compliance Expert with PPM Consultants, Inc. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She has 36 years of experience in industry and consulting.  Ms. Brignac has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.  She has served as treasurer and chair of the Louisiana Section and is currently the Industry and Power Division Chair on the Association’s Technical Council.

Mr. Algu is an Environmental Scientist with RTP Environmental Associates, Inc. in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has over 8 years of multi-media environmental experience and currently works as a consultant focused on air quality permitting, compliance, and monitoring. Mr. Algu holds bachelors and master’s degrees from Louisiana State University in Environmental Management Systems and Environmental Science and currently sits on the Association’s Board of Directors as the Chair of the Young Professionals Advisory Council.
