The ballroom is equipped with standard hotel-grade carpet; custom booth area carpeting is not available.
Electrical Service & Audio-Visual Equipment Rentals
Electrical service power & AV equipment may be ordered through the hotel’s in-house AV partner, Encore. Click Here to access the order form. The completed form should be sent at least a week prior to the event to ensure resource allocation to ensure a timely setup for all exhibitors.

Details:
- Facility will accept inbound shipments up to 48 hours prior to the first day of the conference. Per hotel banquet management, this means that packages for the 2022 Air Quality Measurements event must arrive at the hotel NO SOONER than Friday, March 4, 2022. Packages received before March 4th will be subject to return to the sender. Please plan accordingly.
- Hotel staff will move exhibit booth materials to the ballroom beginning at 2:00 pm on move-in day, Monday, March 7.
- Hotel staff will remove empty exhibit boxes for storage; boxes will be moved back into the exhibit hall beginning at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, March 9.
- Exhibitors must bring their own return-shipping paperwork to the conference.
- Hotel staff will arrange on-site box pick-up with FedEx and UPS (only). Exhibitors using alternative shippers must make arrangements with their carrier in advance, advise on-site staff in advance, and hotel staff when they arrive to remove the packed boxes.
- Exhibitors must vacate the exhibit hall by 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 9th. Please alert onsite staff if the deadline looms.
- Storage for all packages is complimentary for 72 hours. Storage charges apply following 72 hours.

A Special Note About Shipping & Handling Fees. The hotel will assess box and package Shipping & Handling fees according to the schedule below. Fees for exhibitors staying at the Westin will be added to the exhibitors guest room invoice. Fees for exhibitors staying at a different hotel, A&WMA will issue an invoice following the conference.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the Exhibit Hall.
Security
Hotel staff will lock the ballrooms at night, however, neither the hotel nor A&WMA are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Exhibitors are encouraged to remove valuables prior to leaving the exhibit hall for the evening.
Exhibitor Registration
Each booth comes with one (1) full conference registration. To register, verify that your on site rep is registered, or if your on site rep has changed, please contact Jeff Schurman ( jschurman@awma.org ).
