Q: Where can I find a roll up of Sponsors and-or Exhibitor benefits? 

A: Sponsor and Exhibitor benefits are available on the conference website. You can quickly access your benefits by clicking the button(s) nearby: 
Q: Is there an additional fee for any of the Exhibitor or Sponsor Benefits linked from the buttons above? Or are all these benefits included as part of the fee? 

A: Your Exhibition fee includes each of the benefits described in the "Exhibiting at Virtual ACE 2020" document. No additional fees apply. 

Likewise, for Sponsors--General, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Supporting Sponsors--your fee includes each of the benefits described in the "Sponsoring at Virtual ACE 2020" document. No additional fees apply.

Complimentary Registrations

Q: How do we register attendees using our Exhibitor-Sponsor complimentary registrations? 

A: All we'll need is the full contact information of each of your attendees: Name, title, email and mailing address(es). Email your registrant contact information here. An automatic email confirmation will be sent to each person acknowledging their registration. Substitutions may be made by submitting the replacement registrant’s contact information and the name(s) of those being replaced on the attendee roster here.  Exhibitor-Sponsor complimentary registrations cannot be completed using the online registration system. 

Job Postings
Q: How do I redeem our two (2) Complimentary 30-Day Job Postings that come with our exhibit at and-or sponsorship of the Virtual ACE 2020?
 
A: Virtual ACE 2020 Exhibitors and Sponsors can place their allotted number of job advertisements by visiting our Career Center. When you are ready to place your ad, please send an email here to request the Virtual ACE 2020 offer code.  Your code is good for 2 free single 30 day listings. Place both ads at the same time or as new opportunities arise. 

Advertising 
Q: How do I notify A&WMA conference personnel of our selection among our options for advertising? 

A:  First, click here to view your advertising options. Then simply email your selection to our Advertising Sales Department. From there, you should submit your advertising artwork to Advertising Sales at your earliest convenience. Please be sure to adhere to A&WMA's Advertising Specifications. If advertising in EM Magazine you may select a particular edition by consulting our 2020 Editorial Calendar, EM Magazine and EM Plus artwork is due by the 10th of the month prior to the month of publication.  
 
Social Media
Q: What type of social media recognition will our company receive as an Exhibitor and-or Sponsor?
 
A: Sponsors and Exhibitors will receive special thanks for continuing to support our virtual program with weekly recognition on A&WMA’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Each week leading up to the conference, and as a thank you following the conference, A&WMA will post one collage featuring the logos of our sponsors, and one collage featuring the logos of our exhibitors. Sponsor and Exhibitor Profiles
Q: How may I update our company profile on the Virtual ACE 2020 website? 

A: To update your company profile please forward the edited profile by email to jschurman@awma.org. Profile changes may be made up until the close of business on the Wednesday before the start of the conference, June 24, 2020.
