Hosted by Texas Tech University (TTU) and the Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA), the Fracturing Impacts and Technologies (FIT) conference was held on September 4-5, 2014 in Lubbock, TX. Technical sessions offered discussions on potential economic benefits, environmental risks, and legal considerations for land owners, as well as technologies, water, environmental impacts, and public policy. The proceedings consist of about 30 sets of slides from the conference.
