The Future of A&WMA: YP Insights, Engagement & Membership Growth
What are Young Professionals looking for in their A&WMA membership, and how can Sections and Chapters better support them?
Join the Sections & Chapters Council for a discussion of recent A&WMA Young Professional survey findings, including what YPs value most, barriers to participation, and opportunities to strengthen engagement across the Association.
We'll explore key themes such as networking, mentorship, professional development, and accessibility, along with practical recommendations and emerging initiatives to help Sections and Chapters better connect with, engage, and retain the next generation of environmental professionals.
