This program for A&WMA members provides a casual forum to interact directly with experts and fellow members on hot topics in the environmental industry. After a brief introduction from the featured speaker, members are invited to ask questions and participate in an open discussion.
This month, Farhana Momin, Founder of Momin Environmental Solutions, will discuss how to shape Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS) for effective, scalable implementation. While many professionals now use EMIS tools for environmental compliance, far fewer get to see what truly makes these systems work in practice. Drawing from extensive experience leading a large, multi-site EMIS rollout, Farhana will move beyond theory to highlight the real decisions, trade-offs, and blind spots that determine whether an EMIS delivers real value in day to day operations.
