The Exhibition Service Manual is a go-to resource for vital information leading up to and following the show. There exhibitors will find forms needed to order audio-visual equipment, Wi-Fi, and shipping and receiving instructions.

Booth-Only Registration Form
Please use the linked form to register additional members of your exhibit booth team. Your booth comes with one (1) complimentary full conference registration. The booth contract that was submitted to reserve your exhibit space, includes space(s) to list the individual who is registering using the one (1) complimentary full conference registration. The form also includes spaces to register additional employee(s) as Booth Only registrants. We currently do not offer online complimentary full conference and/or booth-only registrations.

Booth Only registrations are available for $150 each, and entitle the holder to access to the exhibit hall, meals and social events but not the general conference. If this is of interest please CLICK HERE to access the Exhibitor Registration form. It’s a multi-use form so to register booth-only personnel I’d just need the company name (so I can match the attendee(s) to the firm; booth personnel name(s), title(s) and email address(es) for the final program, name badge, etc.; and credit card information for payment. For exhibiting firms wishing to register one or more employees to participate in the full conference experience--technical program, exhibit hall, social events, etc.--they may do so either online or offline. Please CLICK HERE to access the online registration portal and/or optional paper-based registration form. Completed paper-based registration forms may be returned to our Conference Registrar by following the instructions on the form.
