| Certificate of Participation |
Certificates of Participation are available to apply for continuing education purposes on your own. You must request a Certificate of Participation by purchasing one in the store.
A&WMA Members receive free, unlimited certificates, but must still order certificates for conferences and courses through the Online Store. Webinar certificates can be obtained in the webinar platform.
Members must log in before hitting the "Add to my shopping cart" button to receive the free version.
Please complete the Order Form at the link below to let us know the details of your event and name you would like on your certificate, then click "Add to My Shopping Cart" and check out.
You MUST complete BOTH the online store shopping cart order AND the Certificate Order Form.

After the store order and Order Form are received, we will verify your attendance at the event through the sign-in sheets provided by the event organizer for conferences, workshops, courses, and group webinars, and by the registration and verification process for individual webinars.
Certificates will not be issued without both the order (and payment for nonmembers) and the verification. Estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days after the event.
