Environmental Justice Author Resources

Thank you for being a part of the second A&WMA Conference on this timely topic! 

We are still accepting poster only presentation proposals for the conference. Please submit using the online form. 

Platfrom presentations:  Presenters should submit a draft powerpoint or outline to their session chair by November 12. If any revisions are needed session chairs will let you know by November 25 so you can make changes.

Please prepare your slide presentation using the A&WMA Conference Presentation Style Guide and bring your presentation to the conference on a flash drive to load into the session folder on the conference laptop in the session room. 

Posters:  Each poster will have one full board at the size of 40"h x 60"w so posters can be any size to fit within that space without hanging over the edge. There will be tacks and velcro on site to attach your poster. Posters drafts or outlines should be submitted for review to the session chair by November 12 and comments will be returned to you by November 25.
