Join us for the 9th A&WMA specialty conference on this timely topic!

Building off the momentum gathered during the eight previous vapor intrusion specialty conferences sponsored by A&WMA, this event will bring together internationally-recognized scientists, engineers, regulators, and attorneys with experience in bringing sites to closure in a technically defensible way, while balancing key elements such as risk, sustainability and cost.

With nearly half of US states recently releasing new guidance on VI, this conference comes at the perfect time to bring together scientists, engineers, regulators and attorneys to address the new guidance, new technology, and best practices in remediation and mitigation solutions, toxicology, risk assessment, and more.

Technical program available!  Check out the great line-up of presentations, panels and posters on the latest
VI topics.

Attend the Grand Canyon Section Dinner Presentation on Arizona's new VI Guidance —all attendees welcome!

The A&WMA Grand Canyon Section is hosting an exclusive presentation of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality’s (ADEQ) new VI guidance on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 6:00 pm in downtown Phoenix at the Paz Cantina, 330 E. Roosevelt St.  ADEQ recently revised its guidance for conducting vapor intrusion assessments.  Matt Narter, a registered geologist working at ADEQ, will provide an overview of their current approach with a focus on the investigation of non-petroleum contaminated sites, and present relevant case studies.  Register here for the presentation: www.awma-gcs.orgThis is a separate registration from the Vapor Intrusion, Remediation, and Site Closure Conference.  We encourage you to attend both events!
