Light continental breakfast and lunches are included with your registration fees. Conference registration fees do not include a copy of the NSR Manual, which is recommended for participation in this Workshop along with a personal computer or device to view it on.

If you do not already have the Manual, there will be an option to add on a single user subscription during the registration process at a $50 discount. Or, you can order the Manual now. Multiple user licenses are available at member, nonmember, and government pricing.

Registration Policy:  Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing by August 17, 2024.  After that date, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of any type, including no shows.  All refunds will be subject to a $100 USD administrative fee. Substitutions may be made at any time; payment for any difference is due at the time of substitution.  This refund policy applies to all occurrences, including weather-related events and other natural disasters.  In the unlikely occurrence of an event cancellation, the Association is not liable for any expenses incurred by the registrant other than the full refund of registration fee(s) paid.

A&WMA Meetings Policy: By registering for this meeting, attendees agree to abide by and accept the terms of the A&WMA Code of Conduct. Additionally, A&WMA conference attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by A&WMA for promotional purposes while at events.
