Held in Oakland, CA on September 29-30, 2022, this in-person conference will explore many solutions to reduce the environmental impacts of all freight transportation, focusing on air quality, noise, climate change and sustainability.
The technical program will include panel discussions of experts in the field and forward-looking presentations on reducing impacts on the environment from experts in industry, consulting, government, and academia. The conference will bring together a community of scientists, regulators, practitioners, and students to share ways to make freight more sustainable.
Final Program available! View the sessions, speakers, presentations, and more.
"The 2019 conference was successful because it explored a timely subject that affects many people involved in moving goods and addressed the important issue of the environmental impacts from this industry. The business of freight is international and the proposed solutions, when they are both feasible and sustainable, are accepted all over the world. The conference included the latest research and real-world experiences essential to making freight more environmentally-friendly and we intend to continue to provide the latest solutions at the 2022 conference."
